Nursing

Justine has a life long ambition to become a nurse. After high school, she immediately entered nursing school. She entered urology nursing as her first placement after nursing school, and has never left this exciting specialty. During this time, she gained extensive hands on experience in urological patient management, and became one of the most experienced urological nurses in New Zealand. She has held various senior nursing roles (nurse educator, nurse specialist, charge nurse) in Auckland District Health Board. She has a Master degree in nursing.
Justine now works privately at the Urology Institute with 7 urologists.

Yoga

Justine’s interest in yoga actually predated her nursing training. As a high school Karate kid, she had a chance meeting with Mandy White (prominent New Zealand yoga practitioner and teacher), and this sparked a life long dedication to yoga practice. Currently she is undergoing the Ashtanga yoga teaching training in the Yoga Academy with Jude Hynes and Peter Nilsson, and has achieved the YA 200 certificate.
Justine also has a Bachelor of Massage Therapy with the New Zealand College of Massage.
