The Union of Body and Mind, and a Naturally Graceful You

Eight limbs of yoga:
yama (abstinences)
niyama (observances)
asana (yoga postures)
pranayama (breath control)
pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses)
dharana (concentration)
dhyana (meditation)
samadhi (absorption)

Yogis seek to advance on the 8 limbs of yoga via a dedicated asana practice, and thus mastery of the body and mind

Ashtanga yoga primary series

This is the foundation of Ashtanga yoga practice, and is divided into two parts - standing series and floor series.
Despite being the first series in Ashtanga yoga, it challenges the strength, flexibility and balance of any experienced practitioner.
Dedicated practice on the primary series will give you a supple, long toned body, strong core, and graceful movement.

Bespoke yoga series

For those who have physical ailments and not able to do the Ashtanga yoga primary series, Justine can design a bespoke yoga series that captures much of the benefits of Ashtanga yoga, but with less physical intensity.
Justine will employ props and equipment to support the body during the practice.
